Standard Stripe processing fees also apply on resident payments. Infrastructure invoices may total slightly more than $2 or $5 to cover card/bank processing on that invoice — pass-through at cost, no KindHOA markup.
Vendor ACH payouts (Board Automation): up to $5 one-time bank verification per vendor + $2/month per active vendor payment account. Initial HOA bank setup is free; changes are up to $5. These are Stripe infrastructure pass-throughs; invoiced totals may be slightly higher to cover payment processing on the invoice.
Paper checks are always free to process manually.
